For over four decades, Mike Hill has been sourcing valves from leading manufacturers. The meticulously selected valves he handpicked were instrumental in designing some of the most renowned guitar amplifiers, including the iconic Marshall Master Volume. During his tenure at Marshall Amplification, Mike Hill personally procured over 200,000 valves annually.

Each valve undergoes rigorous testing and matching using our custom-built rigs. These rigs not only assess the quality of the valves but also simulate real amplifier scenarios, ensuring their optimal performance. Valves that fail to meet our stringent standards are rejected and returned to the manufacturer.

Our valves are widely used by some of the world’s most esteemed guitarists and bands, including Brian May, Tony Iommi, AC/DC, and Jonny Buckland (Coldplay), among others. These renowned musicians rely on amplifiers equipped with our valves to achieve their exceptional sound.
