Do you deliver in the UK only?
Although we are based in the UK we deliver our products around the globe. Delivery rates will be shown when you start the ordering process as deliveries are by weight.
What is the delivery lead time?
Most items are made to order but we aim to dispatch with 1 to 3 working days, subject to component availability. Receipt time will depend on where in the world we are delivering to.
Place order by 2pm for same day dispatch (subject to availability).
Valves: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day (subject to availability)
Cables: All cables/leads are made to order. We aim to make and dispatch same day as ordering but please allow 1-3 days for dispatch.
Pedals: ie B,I,S Box, Switching and OD pedals etc: All Products are made to order. We aim to dispatch 1-3 days from ordering but can take up to 7 - 10 working days.
Are your products value for money?
We certainly think they are. When you look at the long list of professional musicians that we have worked with who would endorse our products, coupled with our aim to keep costs as low as we can we believe we bring you the best that money can buy.
