Dispatch: 
Valves: Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day (subject to availability) 
Cable: All cables/leads are made to order. We aim to make and dispatch same day as ordering but please allow 1-3 days for dispatch. 
Switching Pedals, B,I,S Box etc: All Products are made to order. We aim to dispatch 1-3 days from ordering but can take up to 7 days.

Returns & Replacements: 
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging. Any MH valves that show any evidence of logo discolouration, base score or scratches cannot be replaced. 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. 
We do not accept returns on custom made items where a design has been specified. 
We offer a 1 year warranty on all products (apart from MH Valves, which have 6 month warranty). If your order develops a fault we will repair or exchange the goods. (Subject to normal wear and tear) 
 
Valve Information: 
The MH Elite Valve collection from Mike Hill Services are guaranteed for 6 months and are subject to the following: 
We cannot accept liability for valves which are operated outside the manufacturers operational limits, breakages, valve failure due to incorrect bias voltage or component/amplifier failure. It will be the buyers responsibility to ensure all possible safety measures are adhered to whenever working with high voltage equipment. Mike Hill Services can fit the valves for you. Please contact us for details. 
WARNING: ALL valves must be fitted by a qualified technician. 
 
Biasing & fitting: 
When replacing valves, the amplifier must have the bias voltage checked/adjusted by a qualified technician. Output valves must be monitored when being replaced to ensure correct operation. Mike Hill Services cannot accept liability for valves that are not correctly fitted by non-qualified technicians. 
 
The amplifier should always be fully disconnected from the mains electricity supply before attempting to fit any valves. PLEASE NOTE that hazardous voltage may still be present within amplifiers, even when disconnected from the mains electricity supply for long period of time. 
 
Payments: 
All payments are taken by Paypal or Stripe, enabling you to safely pay by debit or credit card.
